The last few months have been a blur for me and looking at the December calendar it doesn't seem to clear anytime soon.
The last few months in a nutshell...
SOCCER SEASON-Bumblebees
Jordan had a great first soccer season, finishing the competitive season with two soccer goals, one of which was a left footed shot.
The best memory for me was after he scored his left-footed shot he immediately turned to the side lines to find me and give me a big fist pump, and said "Mommy, I scored!" Too bad mommy was holding his feverish younger sister, so I was unable to video his amazing goal, but was able to witness the whole experience and have that gift of a proud moment in Jordan's life.
JADYN'S THANKSGIVING PROGRAM
I took the kiddos to their cousin's Kindergarten Thanksgiving program, where Jadyn did a great job remembering her long speaking part. We are so proud of her! After the program, we visited her in her class room for a popcorn party and juice. Julia's favorite part!!!
THANKSGIVING IN GIBSON
We once again were on the road traveling out of town to Louisiana. The kids always have a great time in the country. This was Julia's first visit since she started walking. Two words...WATCH OUT!!!! She is one busy and active girl, she always wanted to be in the boat or on the four wheeler. She took her first ride on the boat and loved every minute.
We celebrated Christmas and the kids were able to open up their gifts. Jordan received Thomas and Friends trains and train set and Julia a Little People princess. Come to find out Julia just wants whatever Jordan has-the story of most siblings this close in age. For the most part, Jordan is a good sharer seeing as Julia usually just takes everything from him. She is a work in progress:)

Good behavior sticker report at preschool-Glad he is following directions somewhere, some days I wonder if he hears a word I say
Gathered old toys and bought new toys for the Houston Fire Department stations-When I explained to him why we are collecting toys and if he would like to donate some of his toys that he no longer plays with, his response, "I'd like do that". Such a little sweetheart! I hope to instill the true meaning of the holidays in my children.

Vocabulary is expanding-peass(please), caakees(cookies), shas(shoes), dar(door), pep(pee-pee), poo
Knows body parts- elbows is a priceless reaction!
Our favorite still is, "tank ya"(thank you)
